Sleep

- Turn devices off at least 30 minutes before sleep. Get into habit of never having them in bed.

- Have a regular time that you look to be in bed each night.

- Wear a sleep mask to bed.

 

Presence

- Condition your presence by regularly periods of your phone on aeroplane mode.

- Consciously spend time being present each day

- Consciously spend time savouring each day.

- Meditate each day for between 1-5 minutes.

 

Thoughts

- Consciously REFRAME at least 2 things each day.

- Consciously focus yourself to be Solution Focused 2 times each day.
